Steak and egg bagel, orange juice.

I got this by accident once and was horrified until the aroma hit me and I couldn't resist trying it. Anyone who hasn't tried the bagel is definitely missing something in their life.

1 - Bacon & Egg McMuffin
1- Bacon & Egg Bagel

Make it 2 mcmuffins and a bagel if I was drinking the night before.

Subtract the bagel for a mcmuffin if my belly is hanging over my belt (20 grams less fat in the mcmuffin, the bagel has more fat than a Big Mac)

Regards,
Woodguy

You're not allowed to post here and say McDonalds breakfast is crap; it is glorious and wonderful and should be served all day.

I just got a Steak Egg and Cheese bagel and a large coffee.

What do you get there?

WTF? Isn't Zone Chef's 7 days a week? You've done that for one/two weeks and you're already hitting McD's? No wonder you're IndieFatty.

PS: How was SirenFest? I was out w/ a couple of girls 'til 7am and thus didn't make it out to Coney Island on Saturday. I did go to Shake Shack on Saturday, though, and it was great.

When I used to eat McD's, this was the clear way to go.

I'm all over the Eggamuffin.

On a side note, when did McD's become part of the Zone menu?

[/ QUOTE ]

Man I was afraid of getting called out on this.

The day full of drinking and nathans last night didn't fit the menu either.

I'm allowing myself 3 cheat meals a week. (during the weekend)

[/ QUOTE ]

lmao @ a cheat meal.

do u realize how many calories is in that dogs*it?

thats like playing TAG poker, except you cap 72o on every single street.

Too bad you can't get that today! Chick-Fil-A still rules, though.
