It's a tribute to the person who came up with the challenge (which I just bumped). GrunchCan.

You are running bad. Your stats are fine.

My advice is to win more. You're BB/100 will certainly increase.

Serioulsy though hang in there and make sure your practicing good table and seat selection. Stop multitabling (2 tables at most) until you build some confidence. Work on developing reads and adjusting your style to the different players at the table. If you are struggling at a table move on to another. At these low levels you should be able to recognize the good players and avoid them altogether. It sucks to run bad but against really bad players you should be able to eke a profit no matter what the cards.

Lastly and most importantly keep reading these forums and work on your hand reading skills.

You probably are running bad, but your stats also show a clear problem. You don't give yourself nearly enough chances to win, and that's costing you.

The biggest red flag to me is W$WSF, this is low. While lots of players seem to be in the low to mid 30 percent range yours is 28. Part of this is undoubtedly reflective of running badly. But not all, because the combination of a lot of folds post flop and less than aggressive play to defend some of your other hands is costing a couple of winnable pots every 100 hands.

Look at the when folds hand stat. Your no fold is a little more than 11. The typical range I see for a lot of winning players is 12-14. I play 15.5 and these extra hands are not a bunch of losers because that is what pushes my W$WSF to 35.5 percent.

Yeah, that no folds hand of 11% is his biggest problem--mostly folding the flop too much. Mine is 17.5% over 60,000 hands but my VP$IP is much higher also.
