Okay, not a "bad" beat..
But a bad break, no? Flopping middle set and losing to top set to a guy who called $40 off at the river earlier with Q-10 (Top Pair of Queens w/ 10 Kicker). |

Yes, but atleast the ones I've seen in the casino are above the table and making some kind of groaning noises to signal that they are working.
The decks drop below the table. There could be a midget on the casino payroll down under there rigging up a big hand. Also, if the dealer puts the deck into the machine at a crooked angle (which happened 1/2 a dozen times), the machine james up and slows up the game again. I duno.. It was decent speed when it was working okay |

The autoshufflers by Shufflemaster you experianced are very good, but they are problem prone when first installed at times. Also sometimes the choice of cards can gum up the works. They shuffle cards better than any human can, and speed up the game by an average of 6 or more hands per hour.
I have never seen a shufflemaster that wasn't built into the table, except at table games such as blackjack. Was that your prior experiance? TT [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] |
