Today I saw some dude in a new white CLK with the top down. He was your typical 30 year old, single looking, player type. As he passed me, I saw that he had a Virginia "Horse Appreciation" license plate. I was thinking to myself, "self, what the hell is this dude doing with a horse appreciation plate, he really doesn't look like a typical horseback rider."

Well, I looked at the license plate number closely and it said:

I[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]HORS

(in VA a heart is a valid license plate character)
