Vinegar and mayo. Sometimes add onion and/or egg. This is money.

Whatever is in my fridge at the given time. Not bad (but not at the same time):

Onions (Red, green, cooking, whatever)
Apples
Yogurt
Tomato
Cumin (added to the yogurt)
Rasins
Cheese of any kind
Capers
Arugula

The list goes on. It's pretty tough to screw up a tuna sandwitch. I hate mayo though. I'll always add either EVOO or yogurt instead. Better for you too.

Tuna and raisins?

Maybe my loss, but that's one I'm not gonna try.

Mayonaise, mustard and capers.

This has been my breakfast every single day for the last year.

That sure is a lot of mercury for one gent. Ever considered a career in hat-making?

Yeah, I had it somewhere on vacation. I tried to do it again and it didn't quite work...still trying to piece it together.

I was thinking of that too. I'd eat tuna every day if not for the mercury. I really love the stuff and it's a bummer about the mercury thing.

It seems well proven enough by now that it's not worth doubting any more.

This is very weird. There are actually people that have never heard of putting boiled aggs or relish in tuna salad? I always thought they were pretty much standard.

Until now, I didn't know anyone in the whole history of the world had ever tried that.

I prefer lite ranch dressing to mayo with my tuna. I also like to add a bit of italian dressing, pepper, chopped pickles & celery, and maybe some garlic pepper. Tuna is just fantastic. The mercury is a real downer.

Yes. Because people have just been dropping dead for years from eating too much tuna.
