You can remove the recycle bin (also my computer, documents, etc) using TweakUI. TweakUI has other cool stuff to play around with as well (X-mouse being one of the most convient).

I am using XP Pro. I just have it set at the 98 interface. I don't like the looks of XP so i always change the styles.

I have the "Recycle Bin" and "FireFox" icon and that is all. No need for all the other clutter. It's not like I'm going to have to load party within 2.4 milliseconds of booting up and it's not like I play at the same site every day. my $0.02.

Dumb question, but how do you get your Windows XP interface to look like that, with the green start button but grey toolbar? That looks good.

same here- the 98 interface is just cleaner and more attractive, imo.
