I will be repeating next year, however that has nothing to do with my current intelligence.

Just stop lol. You're repeating because you want to? Face it, you are an f'ed up kid, and you ask really stupid questions. I really don't know how you manage to dress yourself in the morning.

OHHH i sprayed myselfwith a fire extinguisher? WHAT DO I DO?

I'm sorry that this happened, however, Dead is mostly to blame. I said that it looked like the settings surrounding my school which is very nice, and Dead started flaming me.

VERY VERY NICE!!!!

I have been looking at places in NW Ontario because sometime down the line i want to get some property just like yours. Do you have URLs to any real estate agents in that area of ontario??? Maybe i should consider that part of Ontario as well.... if the prices are in line with NW Ontario.....

I'm guessing that similar property in NW Ontario would be significantly cheaper due to the lack of a big city in that area of the province.

I can't help you with Real Estate agents in that area, but I'm sure Remax would be glad to help you out.

Actually, I meant to aim that comment about getting a room at Voltron and Dead. You are blameless, my friend.

Actually i was talking about agents in your neck of the woods... no pun intended. I dont actually need an agent... just a URL to play around with and day dream about... im not that serious about it yet. BTW... remax is useless for properties in NW Ont...

Benal do you have an idea what house prices are like close to the surrounding areas? I've always thought of myself as a city boy but as I've gotten older the idea of moving a little further out of toronto is very appealing to me.

Pic looks awesome. Congrats.

[/ QUOTE ]

This area is a little further north of Toronto than the "Cottage Country - Muskoka" area. Much cheaper up here. The same property in Cottage Country would be in the $500,000 price range, and that's land only

Homes in the area of this property range from $250,000 to $600,000.

It may look like a river on those pics, but it is far from it. There are miles and miles of lake to explore out there, so much so that I'll probably never see it all.
