That is so funny. The first thing i thought of was cleaning out my parents garage a couple years ago and finding my mom's old highschool yearbook.

it had a section where she was "vice-president of the HomeTown Girls After School Club". I asked her about it and she got very embarassed and refused to talk about it, saying only that it was 'no big deal'
