I do not like to be in a blind battle with that guy. He loves the check raise on the turn.
But this hand was interesting, even though I busted out on it. Had a chance to go from 1600 to 6000 chips and I thought I was in the lead after an all in and a call of the all in ahead of me. Figured there couldn't be trip 8s or trip 7s, but only trip 2s that could beat me. All in by Nutz and other player could be flush or straight draw or big pair. But no... Was watching Gavin on Tivo'ed ESPN tonight to forget about the hand I posted here. They show a hand played at home with Phil's mom and dad.
The flop 872 - exactly the flop I busted out on and posted here. Off camera Phil says " and I folded my 8s and 7s" exactly the hand I had in the hole. Dadedado dadedado.
