Just out of curiousity. Where are your real contributions to this forum? Is this one of them? Lets move on and start over.

mistrpug,

You sound like a jealous 2-4 or 3-6 losing player that wished he could play as well as Smoothcall. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Vince is not smoothcall. I know it looks like he is, but he's not. I met smoothcall. These guys are roommates. That's a fact.

[/ QUOTE ]

Room mates. Yet they have discussions with each other on the forum. Ok.

One such example where you reply to each other a few times.

these posts are strictly in line with the inane garbage that has typified wpt since its inception. the double standard as applied to vince is quite humorous.

Why do you care what Dynasty thinks?

I don't see where it is any of your business why I care "what Dynasty thinks". But since you asked and since I already answered that in my post the short answer is "R-E-S-P-E-C-T"

That was the only reply that I made to Smoothcall in that thread. You are being vindictive and trying to prove some silly point by calling this a discussion!

Vince's post "Big Buy Tournament Poker" was very good, and started a useful discussion.

Smoothcall seems to enjoy the gossip/celebrity player discussions a little more, but that's his prerogative.

The real problem is the flamewars, and that's something that seems to be petering out a little bit, so let's let it do that--peter out. This involves not intentionally provoking anyone, and also not seeing monsters under the bed every time someone posts, causing any great defensiveness.

My point is that I see an improvement, and I'd hate to think I'm the sort of person who wouldn't acknowledge it just to be continually spiteful.

I pretty much agree with this sentiment entirely. This is also why when I reply to them, I feel I am civil, especially when compared to the tone and demeanor of others.

Hopefully we are indeed on the upswing, and this forum has already seen its rock bottom.

+ smoothcalls further reply to you. The nature of the exchange was something that could have been done in private between the 2 of you. Guess you must share a pretty big room.
