1) Do you have accounts at multiple party skins?
2) If you play at multiple party skins, which site do you also have accounts at?
3) Do you only play at empire when bonuses are offered?
4) If you only play at empire during bonuses, what limits do you typically play?
5) Do you have more then one account at empire?

[/ QUOTE ]
1. Yes, all of them.
2. See number 1.
3. Yes.
4. $1/2 now, $.50/1.00 previously.
5. Yes, my wife and I both have accounts at Empire and Party. Her account has not been frozen at Empire only mine.

As for Empire 500, I have no idea what that is. I do not do rakeback. And I have whored both PlanetLuck and StarLuck casinos.

also if this is the case it might be a good idea to jump on each of your skin accounts ASAP and multitable .5/1 or 1/2 to the max for a bit...spread it around real generous like.

[/ QUOTE ]

Considering I probably have made $500+ more in bonus than I have paid in rake on Empire, I doubt a wee bit of low limit playing will satisfy them.

I don't care if they close my account. I'll say goodbye with a smile knowing it has been profitable for me. In fact with 10x it is not profitable for me to do the bonus anyway.

..Assuming a player is honest and not creating chargebacks or security problems the marginal cost of having him play is pretty small.. When Party pays out a $100 bonus and collects $110 in rake from a bonus hunter..

[/ QUOTE ]
But the cost is not small, and $10 is a gross underestimate.

Most bonus hunting occurs at the 1/2-1 to 2-4 games and most hunters leave after clearing a bonus.

A $100 bonus at 7x raked hands for Party based on shared rake method at 1/2-1, 1-2, 1-2 (6max) and 2-4 games:
700 raked hands x $0.55 avg rake of hands raked / 10 players = $39
700 x $0.60 / 10 = $42
700 x $0.65 / 6 = $76
700 x $1.30 / 10 = $91

Further, "professional" bonus hunters likely contribute less than their fair share of rake:
70% (just a wild guess) x $39 = $28
70% x $42 = $29
75% x $76 = $57
70% x $91 = $64

Assume transactions costs are about 2% for neteller:
Deposit $500 x 2% = $10
Withdraw $650 (just a wild guess) x 2% = $13

I'd estimate hunters after the $100 at 7x bonus cost Party:
At 1/2-1, $28 (collected rake) - $100 bonus - $23 service charge = $95
At 2-4, $64 - $100 - $23 = $59

I happen to know some micro-limit "pro" bonus hunters and every one of them refuses to acknowledge they are playing for substantially more than rake free.

I just checked. It appears that only my Empire account is affected. All other Party skins are fine.

Default When did you get this email?

I'm curious if a deposit/cashout triggered the "notification" or if it was just spontaneous. Some on BW claim whoring the latest PN bonus got this to happen, but I can't see why Empire cares if you're whoring PN - you are either generating net MGR or not.

For those that got booted, when did the email come?

Because I make more with rakeback playing Sngs on another skin. Of course it would still be profitable, just less profitable than the alternative.

avg number of players at a 10 seat table is around 9 actually so this would skew your figures... if we really wanted to get technical....

Further, "professional" bonus hunters likely contribute less than their fair share of rake:

could you explain what you are getting at here??? im not sure i follow...

actually... your figures are way off...

take for example a 1/2 full ring game... while it takes only 700 raked hands to meet the bonus you play many more then 700 hands because many are not raked. lets assume that 60% of 1/2 full table games are raked and the avg rake is .60. now empire would be collecting .60 on 1166 hands and with an avg of 9 players sitting at a table this would mean that roughly $78 in rake is generated while attempting to clear the bonus (i hope im somewhere in the ballpark with my 60% of hands being raked at 1/2). while empire would be losing money it is not as gloomy for them as you paint it to be.

i hope my math and logic makes sense... its past my bedtime...
