You can tell a lot about someone from the way they treat service workers.

Mattw should be embarrassed by how he handled this entire situation.

Game, set, match, PSO. PSO is solid and handled this issue as they should have. You need to chill yourself out and don't smear this stuff on 2+2. Although I have to admit, I enjoyed it.

i concede that i was wrong in that it was not CS who called me a foul name. when i was using the live chat, how was i to know whether it was CS or a railbird responding. upon reveiw of the transcription, i admit i was wrong. flame on.

You might want to work on your attitude a bit. If you expect common courtesy from those you deal with, then extend them the same. You started by making a threat!

It's not a +EV move to piss off the guy you need answers from. Marching in like John Wayne is not how you get a job done.

The chatroom on PSO is labeled as a "poker chat room," not as a support room. I just double checked their FAQ and under the question: "If I have a problem, how do I get help?"

The answer does not mention the chat room.

Just saying...

17k is the number of hands i played at ap

[/ QUOTE ]

sorry, that was left open to interpretation since you did not state either way but in the convo logs you guys were talking about rakeback thus 17k, i would assume how much rake you have, noone ever refers to the amount of rakeback they are going to get in the number of hands they have played, its generally a dollar amount

edit: regarding the pso channel, its not the "official" support method, they say you should either email them or post in the support forum this way a REAL cs will help you, usually MIKE or PETER from when I had a question
