Anyone playing .02/.04 is very much learning the basics. Pass on this situation for a while, you're not giving up much (if anything) by folding. Here's a good line of advice when starting out: Don't cold-call ever. When you get a bit better you can add a small collection of hands/situations where cold-calling is correct. When you get even better, most of these will become 3-bets or folds again. Spending too much time thinking about this situation at nanolimits is counterproductive I think. There are much more fundamental mistakes that players at this level need to fix.
