As for Palmeiro & Sosa if they swore to not using under oath than I am willing to take them at their words until evidence says otherwise.

But how did he know they were bad, one panel member asked him. "I've accepted my attorney's advise not to comment on this issue," Mr. McGwire said. Oooh. That didn't look good.
