I almost always check-raise the flop or turn to counterbalance the pre-flop raiser's position advantage. It is a great default strategy for a variety of reasons.
If I notice a player raising the blind's bets on the flop and taking a free card or free showdown with overcards, then I will bet out and 3bet on the flop with my decent to strong hands and then lead the turn.

I agree with this being a good strategy, but I am concerned I have too much of a fit or fold strategy out of the blinds. do you do this with non pair hands also?

You don't mean "almost always" as in almost every time you see the flop do you? Thanks, Cartman
