XBox live question
How does one chat to another player? What do you need? Just the head-set/communicator?
Thanks. |

Re: XBox live question
Yep, you can also send text messages as a message to someone as well....but not during a game...thats just headset. In Halo, you hold down the white button to talk to your team, or if u just talk in the mic, it will be heard by players that are close to you in the game...nice for trash talking after you just own someone.

Re: XBox live question
I'm just going to run 1 long wire from my XBox to my router and leave my wireless network as is. It shouldn't be a problem. Does anyone else have this type of set-up? I don't feel like buying the wireless adapter for $80

Re: XBox live question
I do man, its a much better investment then the wireless, because I have no idea how good the xbox one is. I had to run about 40ft of cable to hook mine up.
The headset is tight man, I guess you can also use any headset with a earpiece and a mic as long as it fits into the jack. |

Re: XBox live question
Do you have a wireless network at home then just run the cable to the XBox? You have no problems eh?

Re: XBox live question
yeah I have a wireless network for my computer, and I even tried to set up my laptop as a network with my xbox getting its connection from that, but I either can't do it or I can't figure out how to do it. Either way, I decided to drill some holes and run a cable.
