I have been playing on TruePoker for almost four years and have always experienced great customer service! They have software problems occasionally but usually provide far more compensation to the players than the situations warrant. TruePoker would get an A grade in my book!

Truepoker CEO: Can I please have an answer to my query which I have sent both to the management and support email addresses, PM'd to you and described briefly here? It has been 5 days since the problem occurred and all I have heard is that you are looking into it.

For those who are interested, David looked into the matter himself. Here is his response:
