I have been using either a half dollar, a silver dollar or one of my spare chips.

However, last week, I got a couple of sample sets of the American Beauty Chips -- I think one of these will work fine.

I use a little black coin with some engraving on it. No idea what it is, has no significance but it is fun to play with. I got it from a dealer that I tip well after I hit a high hand jackpot.

A $5 slot coin from the Bellagio.

When people here ask me what its worth, I usually say "$270". Then they say: "it says $5 on it". I tell them: "$5 for the coin and $265 to go get it!".

So you're saying that someone looks at the coin, sees that it says "$5" on it, and then asks you how much it is worth?

Believe it or not, yes they do. They tend to stare at the "B" on the front of the coin, and never flip it over to check the denomination.

Isn't this why poker is soooo good these days?

Right now I'm using a blue craps dice from the Peppermill in Reno. I'm really not too fond of it though, I gotta find something better, maybe ToP?

Ditto. I use a chip off my stack when I need both my hands to make a raise.
