I don't think any sites will give you the refer a freind bonus and the sign up bonus. I think you have to take one or the other.

If I am mistaken, I'd like to know, there is a lot of money being left on the table if this is not being taken advantage of. I am in the process of signing up for Absolute now and would need a referral if it can be used.
