Poor game selection. It's extremely underrated and not enough has been written about it.

Closemindedness is just a bad trait to have at all in life....but yes, esp. at the poker table. I agree completely. Another thing that is very offensive is when someone cannot handle a loss or a bad hand without going nuts.

One of the things that tops my list would be better explained in an example from a tournament I played in last night. P1 raises pre-flop, P2 calls. Flop. P1 bets out, P2 goes all in. P1 thinks for a second, then quickly calls. P1 has nothing but a pair of 3's, and P2 has two overcards that don't hit.

After all of the beginners/fish players at the table congratulate P1 for calling, he discredits himself completely: "Man, K-3 is always lucky for me! I love that hand."

I guess this fits under 'idiocy'.
