Hiya, they usually reply using the internal messaging system. Log in to Eurobet webpage and check it out. And I think you are not allowed just to deposit with one method and withdraw immediately with another. For me they require betting (poker for example) the amount of the withdrawal once.

I think it's pretty fair. Atleast now I know how much I need to play before cashing out (in contrast to multipoker). And since Eurobet is one of my standard two sites I play at this is no problem at all.
