this sounds stupid but i actually stretch out my body before, during, and after a session. i also relax my eyes by looking out at distant objects (like mountains) from my backyard.

haha, wasnt this addressed earlier? I think they said she's an internet model, then some brave soul said she was only hot by lowered standards....

and then the flames of hell (or at least the flames of 2p2) consumed him.

Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for keeping me entertained yesterday. Some really funny posts. Although I am running great right now and can't complain, I haven't been able to sleep. Maybe this is a by-product of winning (or losing) big that I'll have to get used to. I'm sure I'll be ok after I get the body clock in synch.

Anyway, I slept till 2pm today (woohoo!) and feel great. I wanted to give the brain a day off so I wasn't going to play. Anyway, decided to play 1 set of 4 (always risky, big variance factor). Won 2 of them and bubbled a third for a cool $285! Day over.

I'm going to take Citanul's advice and read a mind-numbing, escapism book tonight and see if that works.

Goodnight all! zzzzzzzzz

I usually wind down from a session by starting another session.
