"Sunshine of Your Love" in Goodfellas.
"Everybody Wants Some" in Better Off Dead. And if he can mention "Ghost", then Celine Dion in "Titanic" warrants a mention. "Looney Tunes Theme" in Blazing Saddles. |

Run through the Jungle - CCR: In the Big Lebowski when The Dude and Walter are going to hand off the money. Awesome movie.
Also, Saturday Night Live/Ace Ventura when "Stayin Alive" is playing in the opening scene... Also, in "Crash" at the end, when the song "In the Deep" is playing... |

Re: Best application of a music track in a movie
I was the first one to point out the correct answer in the last thread, that being "Where is My Mind?" in Fight Club. Someone has beaten me this time.
I really like Wes Anderson's use of music. "Hey Jude" in the opening scene of Royal Tenenbaums, as well as the Elliot Smith song during the suicide scene. "Staralfur" - Sigur Ros near the end of "The Life Aquatic." |

"Colorblind" by Counting Crows during Cruel Intentions.
Always liked that part when Ryan Phillipe is going to the train station to find Reese Witherspoon right before they have sex. |
