Klingons = blacks (loud in yer face very aggressive)
From memory, thus nowhere near complete. Klingons played by black actors: Worf, Kurn, a couple of crewmen on the Pagh when Riker serves there. Klingons played by white actors: Gowron, Duras, K'Mpec, Klagg, K'Ehlar, Lursa, B'Etor, Taural, Alexander (child and adult), Martok, Kahless, Kur, Koloth. Klingons played by Native American actors: Kang In TOS, Roddenberry patterned the Klingons after the Soviets, from TNG and beyond, they are culturally much more Japanese in nature.
