I don't have my stats in front of me but I find it interesting that you fold you BB defense almost half the time and win less than 20% of the time without a showdown.

Your blind defense problems may be less of a frequency and more that you are too passive. I am no defense expert but when I defend I do so aggressively and I get a lot of early folds from the stealer. If I continue to run into resistance I give it up.

If you reraise out of the BB and fire on the flop you can often pick up the pot right there. Also try check raising the flop and betting out on the turn. Sometimes you are going to hit when you are doing this and sometimes you are going to be bluffing. Your oppoenent is not going to know where you are and it is going to make him very uncomfy.

Even if these strategies don't succeed you are going to make your opponent think twice before trying to steal with garbage if they know you are going to put up a fight.
