Pre paid debit cards with no max withdrawl, meaning what you put in is avaiable. I too have limits on my debit card and playing anything over 10-20 is virtually impossiable with less then a grand.

This is just a suggestion, but if you actually can trust any of the 2+2'ers who play in LA then you could Neteller or site-to-site transfer 3k over to them and then have them hand you cash down in LA. For their time and trouble, you should give them a bit more on top. Of course you gotta find a person you can really trust.
