Usually dealers keep their own tips, so you can choose what % to declare. In California where I dealt in the early nineties, most dealers declared less than half their tips.

I don't know if the OP is a troll or not, but there are a few guys asking each week about becoming dealers. It seems like a legitimate question for some guys getting out of school and not wanting to play full time without some kind of job.

So, whereas this question has more legitimacy than Sklansky's constant theoreticalposts about god, levitation, etc that have no relevance or educational value, this thread will actually help someone...
