You are now chatting with 'Sileny'
Sileny: Hello. Welcome to live support. How may I assist you?
you: Hi, My user name is "Barry Manilow." I recently requested a cashout because I read on an internet forum that there were serious problems with Choice Poker's cashout system. Are these rumors true? If so, what steps is your site taking to alleviate these problems.
you: Are you still here, Sileny?
Sileny: Ok, we are having problems with a transfer that was supposed
Sileny: Yes
Sileny: to arrive last week and it hasn't arrived
Sileny: We are located in Costa Rica and banking here can get difficult
Sileny: We hope to get the money at the latest by the end of this week
you: If the transfer does not arrive, will I receive the money that I cashed out.
Sileny: The transfer will arrive
Sileny: And of course you are going to get your money
you: I'm glad the transfer is on it's way, but as you can probably understand, I am concerned about my cashout request...
you: is there any other assurance you can give me that my money is safe other than what you have just stated...
Sileny: You have all the rights to be concern, imagine how hard it is for us to come and face our concerns clients
Sileny: Well we have another transfer in the way
Sileny: to back up but it takes around a week to receive money here
you: I'm glad to hear it. Will Choice Poker keep players updated on this situation?
Sileny: Sure, it is our responsibility
Sileny: I am here all day taking chats of concern players
Sileny: I will stay here to make sure all gets taken care of
you: There is already considerable distrust mounting on online poker forums about your site, and whether or not this distrust is warranted, I think that if Choice Poker does not address these concerns than the reputation of your cardroom will be irreparibly damaged.
you: I hope you take that into consideration
Sileny: I am sure we are going to lose many clients over this issue which is really sad but the ones who will remain around will be prized for their support
you: Yes, I understand, and I will redeposit my money once everything seems to be running smoothly again, but as you can imagine I am quite sceptical as of now.
you: Good luck... For now I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt
Sileny: Thank you! That is highly appreciated
Sileny: Thanks again!
you: Have a nice day.

You'd think they would have had at least $50,000-100,000 in reserve funds just to start out?

That would have been enough to pay all 50 of their customers.

I think the average payout is about 200$, so with 10000$ in cash reserve, they wouldn't have the big problem, they now have.
Congratulations, you made the right CHOICE..lol
No players and no cashouts, what else could be worse for an new online pokerroom?

I hope Granny is wrong, but I'm not holding my breath.

if you look carefully, you will see it was not me making the claim. i have not spoken to ghost.
i just tried a seance when i saw a couple of posts from last night, but i am getting no responses other than Johnny and June Cash, and what MAY be either kurt cobain or karin carpenter (all i see is long hair). i am not getting GoM, but the post times tell me that this EVIL spirit is probably sleeping or mastrubating.

having said all that, GoM has never opened the mouth like this without being 100% sure, so i will continue the seance until i hear something and i will post back. i don't know anything about choice poker. is that the rake kickback, scheme for "charter members only" place?

with all these new start-ups, i can't keep them straight. i'll tell you this tho, if i had money there and woke up to GoM's post, i would cash in my money without even confirming the validity. i guess there is a chance they will pay a few people, and i would want to be at the top of that list.

i think the source knows better that to spread anything false regarding a statement of this magnitude that involves peoples money. but like i said, i personally have no clue and can't confirm it with GoM yet.

Choice Poker is here to stay. They are new,so give them a break.

COOL, so that CR funding issue is fixed? the transfer came through??
all cashouts pending have now been paid and are current?

that's WONDERFUL news !!!

now if we can just get a poster with more than 1 post to say they have received a cashout, then we are all set, and i am sure that the players will flock to this site and forgive any boo-boos that made them temporarily INSOLVENT with ZERO cash reserves.

but thanks for the encouragement. i'll make a deposit now. do you accept LUDO's?

They are new,so give them a break

Why would we give them a break when their CEO has said he doesn't want to talk to us but listens to the advice of a known site-killer?
