That was hands down the most incredible performance I have seen on Idol since her closing performance in last year's finale (after she had won)...

Not a single one of the singers in this year's competition can touch her. She sings with a passion and emotion that is just absolutely non-existent in this year's crew (Hi Carrie!).

it says you would fit in well at the idol forums.

I'm not a 17 year old girl, so I doubt that. The point is that the youth of America are idolizing the wrong character traits. I wouldn't have a problem with this if the show was called America's Next Pop Sensation. Then by all means, let's get some stoners on the show too.

is this a troll? are you being serious?

I actually think she kind of sucks. She basically just screams the whole time. It can't be good for her voice. Unless maybe you were implying that you are attracted to her physically? To each his own.

My household agrees with you.

Kind of seemed like a cross between Tina Turner and Janise Joplin.

No, I answered that way because I was doing my best to suppress the urge to tell you to stop being an elitist cocksucker.

One's "ear" or "musical intelligence" has absolutely no bearing on whether their opinion of a piece of music has validity or not. Using that line of reasoning to try and marginalize someone's comments - particularly in the smug and condescending way you chose - is pathetic.

In short, your muscial intelligence r00lz, but your social intelligence sucks.

This statement is just plain wrong. If I have never played or watched basketball before is my opinion valid to critique an NBA game?

Chalk me up for a "screamer" vote.

I don't care what anyone says, I think Clay and Anwar have, far and away, the best voices from any season.
