One more vote for beer can chicken. It's ridiculously easy and the people I made it for first last summer were completely blown away. Maybe that's because they were from Staten Island, I don't know. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
Whoever said oysters with hot sauce is correct. You can also do that with clams. Put a little clarified butter in there too with the hot sauce.
