Mason,

Will this (Should this) be available at the Gambler's Book Store on or before June 9? I ask because I will be in vegas until June 10 and live in Canada and shipping from Conjelco to canada is fairly expensive ($27 for two copies).

*I say Should this because I know that you don't know how fast any of the retailers will have the books on the shelf but am curious what is customary for this store.

If you have the books in your hands on June 6th, how quickly will pre-orders be shipped? Or, the real question: I move on June 24th, should I ship to my current address or my new (post-6/24) address?

I preordered mine from the site. Paid through NeTeller but haven't recieved a confirmation yet like it said it would. The money is gone from my account though. Hopefully its in my hands within the next few days though! I can't wait!

Hello Mason, my first post in this forum. I just wanted to ask in order to get an idea when I have the book in my hands, because my understanding of the language is far from perfect. I have preordered the book. You say you have it by June 6 or 8. Suppose you have this by June 6. Should I expect it to ship by June 10th then? I live in Greece and ordered it via Fedex(by the way do you send tracking numbers?), which I assume won't take more than a week. Anyway, what I don't understand because I have no experience with books preorders is what does it really mean to us that you have it by June 6th. Can you give me a reasonable estimate of when it ships? Sorry for busting your balls but I might not be home and would like to schedule it so that I am. Of course like everybody else, I am looking forward to it. Thanks in advance.
