You guys are all talking about ways that are done in a day or two. There are people all over the world right now dying from things that involve different degrees of pain and suffering and can last months to years, like cancer or AIDS.

I think y'all need to be more creative.

Is Ebola (3-5 days) long enough?

I tend to think of more painful experiences (at least ones I perceive as more painful) over long-term diseases. Although I'm sure you're right, there's some nasty crap out there.

Being bit by a Boomslang. Apparently it slowly dissolves the walls of your cells (cytoplasm?) one by one and the process takes weeks. You basically become a liquid pulp from the inside out.
