Well, you asked to be beaten up and advised and that was what happened. I admit that one of the posters was unnecessarily rude, but he still has a point.
Seriously, -45BB is not a downswing, not even close. It's a losing session, just like 30-40% of the sessions you will have as a winning player. Of course it is a big loss for just one session, but not a huge one and certainly not uncommon. I think you should think through how you are going to handle your first 150BB+ downswing, economically, pokerwise and psychologically. Because sooner or later it will come. |

In poker I've become convinced you are completely in control of only two things: how many hands you play and how well you play. The rest--results included--is just noise.
