Someone betting hard or starting a reraising war on me when I got the nuts

After a bad player has sucked out on me a few times early on, its most satisfying to get the money back and bust them out, taking their last chips as they slink away to ponder their bad luck. I love busting bad players from a game (tho I do feel a little regret that the well has dried up).

A couple of nights ago I was playing in a 2-10 spread limit HE game at the casino and made nut spades on the turn w/ four spades on the board. Get heads up w/ a guy that capped the turn and the river w/ me and he said, "You must have the straight, I've got two pair". No joke. I almost fell out my chair. Bluffing at the pot with a missed draw and getting called, only to find out you were actually value-betting your T-high.

The absolute best feeling in poker is in no-limit. It comes when you outplay a total douchebag out of position with the mortal nuts, bringing several other players along with you, then check-raising him all-in on the river, telling him you own his girly ass, and still getting called.

I also really like scaring the Christ out of the only semi-decent player on a live small stakes table, putting him on total tilt and taking the entire table for a ride.

All these people who say they get a big thrill out of great decisions are lying or delusional. I get a big thrill out of taking other peoples' money from them.

I'm sure there are a lot of psychologically -EV elements to this assertion and I don't care.

Having rolled up quads playing in a juicy stud game, then making quad 7's full of 3's and losing all action on 6th street when you double pair...

Multitable tournament

You've got KK push all in trying to steal some blinds hoping somebody calls you.

Someone Does!!!

He flips over AA.

flop comes blank
turn comes blank
river comes King!
