This is a sacred place kind of like the top of a 10,000 ft peak except its 10,000 ft below sea level. There is indeed a reason for that, though. I won't go into it right now, but suffice it to say onions grow better. And with that, the resale value increases making it +evoo especially when you have your relatives to help with distribution.
