Dear Jazza,

Can god create a rut so deep that even he can't get out of it? No. But you can.

Dear Bison,

Since you completed your ADHOC challenge, no one else has even attempted it, let alone completed it, to my knowledge. Does this fact make you even more proud of said accomplishment, or just make you question your sanity? There are some crazy mf'ers on here who haven't even tried it.

Dear Madtown,

Do you really need a laptop?

Dear Madtown,

As for the challenges: they are, for the most part, good tools to motivate and/or distract you. Though they often compromise the basic rules we follow in the day to day grind (be properly bankrolled; keep a pace, not a money goal), they reintroduce us to the poker experience, which, given that poker is interminably dull, is good.

The ADHOC challenge, on the other hand, is just a bragging rights kind of thing, and is therefore the most important one of all.

[/ QUOTE ]

Please describe the feeling upon completion of ADHOC the most vivid language possible, so I can decide whether I'm able of accomplishing such a feat.

Dear Madtown,

In terms of my own neighborhood growing up, eastside, yo.

Good. Then I don't have to pop you.

Dear Bison,

Can white non-mormon man and white mormon gill farr in rove? My girlfriend of roughly a year is mormon and i'm not. Before this she was my very good friend for several years and we really care about one another. However, being mormon and all, she wants to get married eventually and that's something neither of us are willing to do as it stands (she wants me to be mormon and i don't wanna, plus i couldn't have my kids raised mormon if it came to that).

So, we can either break up (which would basically mean not talking to each other for a good while), or try to talk things out. Trying to "talk things out" using any form of reason with mormons is very difficult to do in my experience, so it seems like it would probably just end up in more heartache for both of us.

On the other hand, the fact that we're really in love with each other and we've been good friends for so long would make not talking with each other for an extended period of time unbearable. What should I do? Stop being a pussy and just end it? Is there a least-difficult way to go about that?

Any suggetions short of suicide will be considered.

Thanks,
Joe

Start a new thread about this, I want to hear what people have to say, but I don't want to clutter up Bison's thread. I have some thoughts too.
