Oh man are they getting a nasty e-mail from me...

i just want to say that you are all [censored].

the last time i played at empire was 4 months ago and it was because of this very reason. i racked up about 3000 hands in 2 days, and was constantly e-mailing them about this problem, after about 8 e-mails to their support, plus changing my e-mail address 3x to try and see if it was something that was my fault, i got nothing, i got so fed up i called party poker support and see if they knew any phone #'s for empire, then i e-mailed every single number on empires website and asked for someone to call me...

and they finally did!

AT SIX FOURTY FIVE IN THE MORNING!!!!!!

uh yeah looks like they screwed up on what time to call me, anyways, i asked them to dig up my old hand histories and they said they couldn't, but the lady would be glad to give me my last one hundred hands oooo yipee!

so that wasn't cool, but then i got a phone call from another guy who said he was like a manager of blah blah and he didn't even have an empire poker e-mail address, anyways he said he felt so bad he'd deposit a whopping $10 in my account, which i lost in about 3 seconds because empire poker can go [censored] themselves.

I had this happen before on Party, and I kept hitting that request button dozens of times and emailing support. About two days later, I got like 20 emails with all the hands.

I think they'll be coming.
