how much would a top level affiliate make off of all those raked hands? if it is close to the bonus amount, then it sounds like a great idea that the affiliate has.

why would this not be kosher? i think it is creative

Default The offer is real

I emailed support about it, and they confirmed it. I then created an account, deposited the money and there is $500 in my bonus account with a 2500 raked hand requirement. Im working it off now.

I had wondered why we hadn't started seeing deals like this from affiliates before now. The guys with the 25% kick ought to be bidding each other to death for those last few high volume players out there without a deal.

So by doing this are we all signing up under an affiliate or is this bonus really run by Empire?

Its through an affiliate. I don't know who the affiliate is or what their arrangement with empire is, but the money goes into your bonus account as soon as you make the inital deposit. Its a great bonus if you like playing at more then one site. Im sure that over the long haul it would be better to find an affiliate that will give you a rake rebate as long as you can find one who is honest and pays out month to month.

IMO, this is a great bonus for whores or people who play at multiple sites or lots of tourneys.

I e-mailed empire and they told me it was only for new cash accounts from people who had been playing play money.

I agree its sounds like a great deal, but what if you already have a party poker account? I doubt I'll get it.

I already have a party poker account, and have recieved about $450 in bonuses from them already. I just signed up for empire a few minutes ago and received the $500 bonus. What you need to do is sign up from a computer free of party/empire/etc software. You can even use all of the same information and firepay/neteller account you used for party.

I didn't know Empire allowed their affiliates to make a deal like this - but I'm signed up and ready to get those hands in during about 20 hours. It's tough to make a free $25 an hour anywhere else - so, on I go. Thanks for mentioning this!

Default Question

If I were to sign up under this affiliate program, could I still become an affiliate on empire and sign people up under me for the rake rebate program?
