I'm just trying to solidify where exactly KQo should be.

With KQo, you advocate raising early but not calling an early raiser, right?

What other hands would you assign to this type of play?

Similar to AJo.

As has already been said though there are far bigger leaks to anyone's game than this.

I raise it virtually every time, unless I get a read from a predictable player that I should do otherwise.

there are many many hands where cold-calling an early raiser is a bad idea.

either re-raise or fold.

typically, the hands that i consider calling a raise with are when it's already multi-way (or looks like it will get multi-way).
this includes Axs, pocket-pairs and suited connectors. and even with these a re-raise would still be better than a cold-call (something i'm working on).

there was a thread in the SS forum (i think) a month or two ago about cold-calling. a lot of players shared their CC PF stats and i realized i was cold-calling much more than most of the stronger players there (amongst whom i do not consider myself).
after changing to a 'reraise or fold' attitude (as was suggested) i started winning more and my hands became much easier to play.

there is little doubt that CC-ing an EP raise with KQo or AJo is a bad idea. if it's a really loose raiser, then re-raise to isolate and be ready to give up if necessary (even fish get AA sometimes)....if it's a strong player whose EP raises you respect, then fold without a 2nd thought.

in my last 10k hands i have had 49 CCPF (0.5%). i am reasonably satisfied with this nmumber now.
somebody pointed out in the previous thread that if you NEVER CC PF you wouldn't be making many mistakes.
