O.K. First of all I haven't posted for a long time as my lawsuit with net teller held no ground as there was not one person who was banned from prima who wasn't didn't deposit to NetTeller but was connected (had used NEtteller IN THE PAST 'this is the part that was edited') besides me.. I just checked my PM's (first time I logged in in ages - had to RE to this post) and dako says he has concrete proof.... dependant upon what it is the case may go forward... Hell I already paid my lawyer 3K for the initial dealings and his conversations with 2 friends of his who are both in foreign countries.

I made one post stating that my lawsuit would be against NetTeller for sharing information when there was no need (strongly agianst their privacy policy - and being a company that required your U.S. SS # well they have ALL your info). I.E. you made a deposit to a site through other methods then Net Teller and Net Teller shared information with that site about you and your gambling past... (What happened to me, 99.9% sure)

If u look at my threads in the past u will see people simply laughed at me. Fact is, it owuld be a "limited class action lawsuit" as my lawyer explained to me... Very few people who are Net Teller clients could be involved and the cost to start such a suit would be astronomical (filing subpeneoas etc - sorry about the spelling I've had a couple drinks tonight)... That it plain and simple wasn't worth it to file the subpeneoas to see if there were indeed others like me as it would cost in the hundreds of K's by the time all the legal battle work was done.. Not to mention as the primary person in the CA suit I would have to be present at every hearing which would incur alot of travel expenses and time away from my family..

So I let it go...

I did nothing wrong at Prima period. I started kickign ass at NL (where I make my money) and they didn't like it.. IMHO alot of the winning NL players there are pry employees, sorry...

But, I honestly think if u are playing at prima you are being decieved. Seriously you guys, regardless, even if EVERY ONE of us compalining about prima were ALL scammers don't u think u would of heard us doing the same about party a long time ago...

For sure part keeps a special eye on their huge accts and would catch on.. Even if u realized that threshold where they watched u and didn't.. Trust me it wouldn't be worth ur time, as I guarantee even though they are a large site when it comes to cashouts their threshhold is LOWWWWWWW


I went to cashout 10K and they made me wait 6 days to cancel the cashout request and re-request it in 5 seperate 2K cashout requests as they said they were 'simpler to handle' ? WTF

Anyways as soon as I did that they did atleast have 9500 in my EPassPorte acct in a matter of a couple days, but in came here and there.. 3500 on day ... 1500 the next.. 4 days later another couple K so on.. was weird...

I did nothing WRONG at Prima, and if TGCG can tell me why they don't want me on their network I would love to hear it ... but he can't as it involves net teller, period... or that I was winning. I mean a guy that ends up 1350 in 3 days of playing ur site.. wow he must be cheating... 1350 in PROFITS is CHIT online OR LIVE.. Sorry

Prima and Ladbrokes sites have some of the biggest games around with a bunch of players there. Log onto ladbrokes and check out what's running some day when it's european evening time.

Yes I did spend 3K on legal bills? I can have my lawyer print out an invoice if it makes u hapy but I have a 50K retainer sitting with him at all times anyways so it didn't make a dent... Poker is not what I do for a living.

BTW Havana the second my lawyer picks up the phone for even a 30 second conversation I'm charged for 1/4 of a hour.. and he could buy 5 cases of beer for that..
