Although I'm not far from Doyle, et al, in age, and never played in the games they talk about, you're pretty close to what I was picturing.

Personally, I've never let some wise-azz punk rattle me. If he can beat me with his game, I can accept that. I've been beat by some experts and some not-so. But nobody ever took my chips with his mouth.
