Re: multitabling is for suckers
That is what got me out of the 2/4 3/6 arena and into the 5/10 and now 10/20 arena. Eventually though, you can't do it forever, like I've said, I learned a lot, and made a lot of money (I was running good too), but I started getting bored in shorter amounts of time. I also wasn't using PT at the time, so I needed to concentrate much more. Now that i'm on party 24/7, I use PT, it prevents me from paying as much attention as I should be because I can rely on the numbers for a lot of decisions. Results in increased boredom = decreased earn. Every few months I cycle back and forth.

[ QUOTE ] I don't then understand how you are able to play live without wanting to commit suicide. [/ QUOTE ] alcohol, deep stacks. No but seriously, live while very slow, is offset by the fact that decisions are tougher since it's generally MUCH deeper, a lot more money is involved and I have a lot more "stimulation" then just a computer monitor. People are talking, twitching, blinking, moving, hot waitresses, shuffling chips, there is plenty to keep yourself occupied when you aren't playing in a hand, and when you are people are giving off cues left and right that you need to be looking out for. [/ QUOTE ] I didnt see any at foxwoods... |
