What's your opinion on raising for information? You hear of betting for information in NL, but is raising just for information ever a correct play...or should you only raise to knock someone out or get more $$ in the pot? Feel free to chime in my fellow L@tB brethren. |

I hate to mention Hellmuth, but I remember him saying on a hand example on his website "don't call, raise" JJ with a say K38 board. DOn't know if he was talking about no limit, but maybe that is an example of raising for info/getting opponent to lay down better hand. thoughts???
