I don't know about the math, but the way you define collusion, I don't think it would have much effect at all. If you simply get out of eachother's way, it would be like your buddy just got dealt 42o and folded.
Only advantage to this that I can see, is that you wouldn't have to fear a re-raise from him if he's behind you. But then again, what would he do if you raised before him with kings, and he's looking down at aces? Seems like a tough spot. I'll leave the math to some others.
