good players will have your game pegged within 20 minutes and it won't matter for bad players

[/ QUOTE ]

Only if you are really bad.

[/ QUOTE ]

The point is even if you are really good, you are not going to fool a good player with a silly costume

No the point is that the statement of opponents pegging your play in 20 minutes is asinine unless you are terrible.

If you can't spot the sucker within 20 minutes of sitting down, you are the sucker. Or was that an hour?

20 minutes in a lot of rooms is something like 10 hands, tops.

Most bad players reveal themselves quickly. 10 hands is usually plenty. I am not talking about mediocre players with subtle weaknesses, but bad players.

Something warm. The sweatshirt doesnt mean much... its the hat and sunglasses that make you look like the WPT fishy.

I always wear jeans with a hooded sweatshirt, with the hood down so I don't look like a douchebag. Its comfortable.

Trying to look like a newbie just makes you look like, well, a newbie. Might as well call for time before the flop at a 2-4 game! Just wear what you wear and screw your image, it's not very important, but NOT looking like a dorkus maximus IS important.
