I primarily play on PokerStars and found the games to be easy and good . Should I be on a different site(s)? What about bonuses? Should I hop around to where the bonus is?

[/ QUOTE ]

If you find the games at PS "easy, good," then stay there and keep making money. Try Party's games, they should be much more profitable at the same level.

If you are playing 8-10 hours a day, definitely follow stations advice.

If you are playing 2 tables (and a tourn) now, start three tabling. Make sure that you have 2 monitors.

Lighterjobs – hit the nail on the head – rakeback! There is nothing better than having a +Month and getting an email for another $250 in rakeback!!

I strongly suggest you become very familiar with Poker Tracker. You not only want to use it for your playerview, but use it to track your Crypto monthly bonuses. You may use my advice from my website, which tracks my method per month. I hit the crypto’s and have money rotating at Absolute. You need to stay updated with this forum, and the bonus forum. There are always bonuses worth working off.

I have also been quite successful casino whoring. This takes a lot of patients and is adds a bit of risk, but if you avoid tilting you can grind out quicker profit than 2 tabling.

I didn't read much, this kind of stopped me:

I am what I believe to be a winning player at these games and stakes as well as doing fairly well at the local B&M.

BELIEVE being the key word.

What poker stats software should I have if any at all? How much does this really help? What areas has this helped you the most?

[/ QUOTE ]

Among other things, you'll have the cold hard facts of your play. Then you will KNOW.

like Vinny, I would also suggest playing party. I think the site is much better for your bottom line. Of course there is always heated debate on this. Most of the arguments i hear for stars though, have to do with everything else besides the skill level of the games, like software, customer service, buisness practices and what not. I would aggree that Stars is better in these areas, but Party's tables are easier. Playing there should give you a better hourly rate.

I was unaware of this. Is this inside info? the cover of the book cleary shows all three as authors, and the intro refers to ed miller as sklankys's co-author. Not saying you are wrong, just that the book does not mention this.
