The best way to eat shrooms is stuffed inside a giant greasy cheessteak sandwich.

Trust me, it sounds gross but in reality its friggin delicious.

Agreed. Shrooms are the one drug everyone should do at least once.

And using EV in terms of real life stuff is [censored] gay.

A couple things.
1. extreme heat will break down psylocibe - so boiling it for an hour is not a very good idea.
2. Warm tea or soup (my preferred method) is very good. Psylocibe, like you've said, is water soluble - and I've started tripping immediately after ingesting using this method... and it's easier on your stomach. It doesn't take an hour long boil to dissolve the good stuff. - just grind 'em up good, and put them in hot tea/soup - and do not add any more heat. Letting sit a couple minutes in hot but not boiling water is the way to go.
