Look. All the people whom I have met who can't stand the "insult schtick" comedians are people who take themselves far too seriously. The beauty part of that routine is that the comedian can laugh at himself just as easily.
If you can't laugh at yourself, do us all a favor, and jump off of something tall. |

I assumed they just edited it for TV to show the jokes but I'm not sure. I can't imagine enjoying being seated next to a comedian who feels the need to always be "on" [/ QUOTE ] I think he's funny. I watched him at the Celebrity/Media event the day before the Main Event, and he was "on" every hand... but that event is a bit different, not as serious. Didn't sit near him at the ME, though... -Z |
