There has been a software update at Party but not at the skins. Hopefully they are just slightly behind in initiating the update and when they do it will all be back together.

17,000+ at party right now
5000+ at skins

Seems to me like this could pretty easily be a software glitch rather than a permanent change, no?

I think this is on purpose, they are cutting off the other skins (and rakeback, indirectly), check the zoo thread.
