3/6NL Call a shortie on tilt all in with K 10?

Quick point: villain's inevitable and imminent going broke should have no effect on your play. If KT is not a +EV call, it doesn't make sense to make it because if you don't then somebody else is going to take his money eventually.
With that said, KT beats a random hand and I find it impossible to believe that somebody who raises all-in 4 times in a row has any standards whatsoever.

Good chance to mix it up, may cause others at table to get crazy. I look at it as if you're in home game or whatever. Everyones drinking pretty good. You need to get your buzz on.
